Named “one to watch” by Luxe Magazine, Nashville artist Ashley Treece specializes in creating paintings that merge present daily life with nostalgia and imagination. Spanning from representational to abstract, the works incorporate familiar objects and symbols floating through seas of color, shape, and pattern, often merged within portraits of spaces, people, or ideas. Ashley holds a B.A. in Painting from the University of Arkansas School of Art.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Canvas prints and originals may require up to 10 business days additional processing time to allow for customization, as well as special packaging in order for them to arrive safely. If your order is time sensitive, please mention it in the “notes” section of your order and be sure to select “Priority Shipping” at checkout and I’ll do my best to get it to you in time! If your order requires overnight shipping, please reach out ASAP so an overnight fee can billed prior to shipping.
Can I request a custom painting?
Yes, commissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis as time allows! I will be taking a very limited number of commissions for 2022, and currently accepting requests for 2023 and beyond. Please reach out to email@example.com using the subject like “Commission Request” and describe in detail what you’re interested in.
How long do commissions take?
Time varies greatly based on current workload and type of painting requested. I recommend putting down a deposit ASAP to secure a spot. Once work on your commission has begun, please allow at least one month for completion. Projects can be rushed for an additional fee at my discretion based on availability. Can you make this print in another size?
Please reach out to email@example.com for inquiries on custom sized prints. They may be fulfilled on a case-by-case basis.
If I live in Nashville, can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes! I’m always happy to work out a time for local pickup/drop off. For larger works, shipping costs are often factored into the listing price. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for special pricing if your order does not require shipping.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the cost and delicate nature of shipping artwork, all artwork sales are final. If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to email@example.com ASAP so I can file a claim with the shipping service in order to process your refund. Any issues or damages not reported well within the appropriate timeframe to file a claim will not be refunded.
I’ve started the commission process, but changed my mind on what I want. Can I request changes?
You are more than welcome to request changes, but depending on the significance of the changes there may be an additional fee, adjustment to overall cost, or extended waiting period. Commissions are on a fairly tight schedule, so when changes are requested, the commission will most likely be pushed back as I move on to the next scheduled client.
